Making a claim

Our business revolves around helping our clients make Insurance claims.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a claim, and we will guide you through the process from start to finish to make it as easy and stress free as possible.

Our claims process

  1. Contact us and let us know what’s happening via email - hello@solutionsfinancial.co.nz , by phoning 09 414 4400 and ask to speak to Kym, or phone Jess direct on 09 972 3778

  2. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to request more details and to help complete a claim form

  3. Once we have all the information back from you (completed claim form, medical information e.g. referral letter, specialist report) we will submit this to your Insurer so they can begin their assessment

  4. We are the liaison between you and the the insurer, so we will be in touch if any further information is required

  5. Once the claim has been assessed, we will send through confirmation and you are good to go and have your procedure completed.
